1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (”Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Substack publication operated by Tamara Kalinic (”Publication”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), accessible at tamarakalinic.substack.com. 3. Subscriptions and Payment

3.1 Free Subscriptions

Free subscriptions grant access to selected content at no charge. By subscribing, you consent to receiving email communications from the Publication, including newsletters and occasional updates about paid subscription offerings.

3.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed through Substack’s payment infrastructure. By purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to Substack’s Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. All prices are displayed at the point of purchase and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law.

3.3 Billing and Renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Substack account settings.

3.4 Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), you have the right to cancel a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason (the “cooling-off period”), provided you have not yet accessed the paid content. Where digital content has been accessed, the right to a refund may not apply. Refund requests outside this period are considered at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content published within this Publication — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, styling guides, and editorial content — is the intellectual property of Tamara Kalinic and is protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and applicable international copyright law.

Subscribers are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and read content for private, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without prior written consent;

• Use content for commercial purposes or financial gain;

• Share paid subscriber content with non-subscribers;

• Scrape, copy, or extract content by automated means.

5. Discount Codes and Brand Partnerships

From time to time, this Publication may share exclusive discount codes received directly from brands. These codes are provided as a benefit to subscribers and are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the relevant brand. We make no representations or warranties regarding the availability, validity, or continued operation of any such codes.

Where content is produced in partnership with a brand or constitutes a paid collaboration, this will be disclosed in accordance with the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines and the requirements of the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).

6. Acceptable Use

By accessing this Publication, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose;

• Harass, abuse, or harm other subscribers or members of the community;

• Share, distribute, or disclose paid content to unauthorised third parties;

• Post content in community spaces that is defamatory, offensive, or in violation of any applicable law;

• Impersonate Tamara Kalinic or any member of her team.

We reserve the right to revoke access to any subscriber who breaches these Terms, without refund.
